Villa Myrsini is a stunning, traditional villa with private pool located in the most unspoilt area of Crete. Fully air-conditioned, finished to the highest standard making wide use of traditional elements and offering stunning views over the olive trees, the sea and the sunset, the villa can easily accommodate up to 6/8 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors. The traditional village of Sivas (with its traditional stone houses, tavernas and shops) is just 2km away, while the famous bays of Matala and Kalamaki are just 10 minutes’ drive away, turning Villa Myrsini into an oasis of peace and tranquility yet in easy reach of the most beautiful beaches of the area.

Inside, the villa has 3 bedrooms, spacious common areas and even a private gym! The lower floor houses 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, a huge family bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and, of course, the fully equipped gym. The middle floor has been dedicated to the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, armchairs, 2 sofa beds and stunning panoramic windows offering great views over the surrounding area. There is also a large terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining, on this floor. The master bedroom, with its own bathroom with shower and panoramic terrace, is located on the upper floor. From here amazing 360 degrees views can be enjoyed. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and have been finished to the highest standard to ensure an unforgettable stay in deep contact with the Cretan soul.

Outside, the large private swimming pool is surrounded by manicured gardens with flowers, shrubs, scented rosemary: a truly idyllic place! Attracting sun all day, the pool measures 8m x 4.5m and depth is 1.3m. There are 6 comfortable sunbeds for the guests to enjoy, together with parasols and a delightfully pretty gazebo. The lovers of al-fresco dining will be able to prepare their delicious meals with a charcoal barbecue and a wood oven by the poolside, while enjoying the spectacular view over the sea and the sunset.
